Ten Ways to Be A Healthier, Happier You in 2015 at the Claremont Branch Library

Berkeley, December 9,  2014 –Join Dr. Shayna Orfus N.D. for a practical and interactive discussion on cultivating more vitality and well-being in 2015. This free event is Saturday, January 10 at 10:30 am at the Claremont Branch Library, located at 2940 Benvenue Ave, Berkeley. Dr. Shayna Orfus N.D. is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and Yoga Instructor who practices naturopathic medicine in Berkeley with a focus on Naturopathic Mental Health Care. Addressing the foundations of health from a holistic lens, she will explore tools to improve physical, mental and emotional health.
