Berkeley Public Library’s Summer Reading 2015
#bplsummer

Berkeley, June 8, 2015—It’s that time again! Summer is nearly here, and the Berkeley Public Library is gearing up for Summer Reading. Everyone can join us as we celebrate #bplsummer—we have programs, activities and prizes for all ages! Sign up online and print out your #bplsummer game card or pick one up at the Library. Once you have your card, you can play from wherever you go: on vacation, at school, at work, in Berkeley or beyond. It is easy to do!

Filled up your game card? Stop in to any Berkeley Public Library and pick up your choice of books, bags, and gift certificates for kids, teen and adults. You can also enter our raffle for prizes ranging from a ukulele to a pair of tickets to Freight & Salvage or even to the San Francisco Opera. All prizes are while supplies last.

If you are staying in town this summer, the Berkeley Public Library is hosting fun events and activities all summer long. Attend workshops on topics from gardening to bicycle repair as well as book discussions, movie screenings and musical performances. Need something to do with the kids? Join us for puppet shows, sing-alongs, story times and more— and all Berkeley Public Library programs are always free! Check out our calendar!
