Discover the surprising ways the color blue was made in places as far away as Egypt and closer to home, in South Carolina. The author of the NAACP Image Award nominated picture book Blue: A History of the Color as Deep as the Sea and as Wide as the Sky will be here to lead us in a fun dyemaking exercise inspired by her book.
