We will focus on questions around resumes—PLUS best practices in updating your LinkedIn profile. You can substantially improve your profile by replacing LinkedIn’s default settings. You will learn to personalize your L-I website address, select an image (banner) at the top, and swap out your headshot  to meet today’s best practices. Then we will show ways to set up the headline that fits below your headshot. Hint: many people use their job title, but additional possibilities may match important key words more closely.

Our first step is to clear the way to bring energy and engagement to your resume by identifying low priority content in your Experience section. Items to be dismissed or rewritten might be duties, processes, and outdated details of job descriptions.
