CalMHSA & CalHOPE Crisis Counselors from CalHOPE will give a presentation on the traumatizing effects of COVID -19, including re-entry anxiety and challenges. They will provide tips and practices for coping with COVID-19 re-entry. Participants will also learn about local, statewide and national resources and receive information on the Crisis Counseling Program.

CalHOPE and United Parents hope that these discussions and activities will remove the stigma of seeking mental health support when in crisis.

This workshop will be a virtual program via Zoom. To register, go here.

Zoom allows for participants to be anonymous if they choose, the Counselors leading this workshop want to create a safe space so that participants can express themselves freely.
