In 1954 the City of Berkeley gave many of its historic records to the Bancroft Library at U.C. Berkeley. Included are records of the street railroads from 1880-1936, the Key System from 1905-1926, the wharf and harbor from 1907-1918 & 1926, street improvements from the 1880s to 1936, and more.
