Come join us for our third annual Not-So-Scary Halloween Story Time at West Branch. This story time is perfect for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and elementary schoolers who like to be just a teeny weeny bit scared by Halloween spookyness. We'll share stories, finger rhymes, songs and action rhymes, followed by a Halloween parade through the library. Light refreshments will be served. Costumes are encouraged, but not required. Questions? Call Nora at 510-981-6270.
