My 3,280 mile Bike Ride through the Mountains to Fight Climate Change @Central CMR

Teen Cyclist Zeke Gerwein will visit the Library to talk about his epic tour from Mexico to Canada along the Sierra Cascade Route to benefit the Sierra Club's campaign to fight climate change.  Zeke will have stories and photos from his trip and will bring along his bike.  Learn about this epic adventure and help stop climate change.

Secret Codes and Ciphers @Central CCR

Calling all kids! January is Secret Code and Cipher Month! Join us on Friday afternoons at the Central Children's Room (4th Floor) at 4:00 for an introduction to the code of the week. Make your own set of decoder tools to keep; then encode and decipher messages. Or visit the library any time during the week to make and try out the code of the week on your own. Leave a coded message in the BPL Secret Message Book!
