Join the Berkeley Public Library and Kitchen on Fire for a live cooking demonstration open to all. Watch as a well seasoned Chef whips up delicious veggie dishes while sharing tips, tricks, and techniques.
Kitchen on Fire has been inspiring cooks of all ages and experience levels for over 17 years, offering both virtual and hands-on cooking experiences in Berkeley and Oakland.
You will have a chance to sample these mouthwatering dishes:
- Collard Green Salad featuring persimmons, apples, pepita seeds, and topped with mustard dressing
- Winter Squash Soup made with coconut milk and garam masala
Please wear closed toe shoes for safety.
To join the fun, meet us on the 5th floor Art & Music at 2090 Kittredge from 2-3pm.
