Which of the many ways have you found to be most productive to get a response to your resume and, ultimately, interviews for jobs you want? We will discuss the purpose and effectiveness of LinkedIn, Indeed and other boards, recruiting agencies, career sections of employer websites, networking, and your own research to identify and companies in the industry sectors that fit your preferences. Do you have a plan? Do you make a continuous effort ? Or do you work in periodic bursts? I have invited an experienced job seeker and an in-house recruiter to join us in the expectation that pooled knowledge will confirm what you have assumed and help you move along with new insights.
