Aioli tasting and demostration with restauranteur Rhonda Gruska. Rhonda will demostrate how you can make a simple aioli at home. We will eat egg salad and an array of vegetables alongside our aioli. Ingredients will all be sourced from small local farms, including Berkeley Farmer's Market favorites Riverdog Farm and Dirty Girl Produce.
