Join us for a Juneteenth Jazz Celebration featuring Michael Marcus and friends. Michael Marcus/Multi-Woodwinds is a New York musician who honed his musical skills while living in the Bay Area. Working with the Jazz Foundation of America he often returns to the Bay employing local legendary musicians.
Duane Muziki Roberson is a Bay Area Keyboardist, Vibraphonist and composer whose distinct musical style and creative individualism make him one of the Bay's most respected musicians. He has toured with the legendary Ink spots and Stevie Wonder.

Adult Story Time presents Hans My Hedgehog: or, be careful what you wish for! With artful visual aids and a quartet of actors, we will share a folk tale from the Brothers Grimm. After the performance, stay and discuss the story and genre. For ages 16 and up.

Celebrate LGBTQ Pride month with a special performance by Dillbilly!

Dillbilly (pronoun they/them) is a genre-queer alt-country singer-songwriter based out of Oakland, CA. Raised in a trailer park, surrounded by cornfields and grain silos in the rural Midwest near the Ohio River, Dill grew up going jug fishing and playing classical piano. Over the past 20 years, they have been performing and touring across the U.S. and Canada. They are currently working on their 10th full length album to be released next year.

Margret Elson, author of The piano and the couch: music and psyche, will read from and talk about her latest book, which includes actual case studies of performers in crisis with whom Margret worked. Musician and psychotherapist Elson takes us on an odyssey through the unconscious worlds of her musician clients, revealing their journeys through darkness and surprise, and ultimately into the light.
