William Walsh, a certified yoga instructor, will lead a 4 week series of yoga classes that emphasize alignment and gentle flowing movement in a supportive environment. This class is open to all levels of yoga experience. Please arrive on time. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. We will have a few available to use as well. William has taught yoga in the Bay Area at Kaiser, climbing gyms and other venues as well as leading yoga-based group trips internationally.
