The Berkeley Public Library wants everyone to be able to use our website, online catalog, and other online tools. We are working to make them easier to use by following accessibility guidelines called WCAG 2.1, Level AA. Our teams regularly check the site using both computer tools and real people to find any problems. When we find issues, we fix them.

We also work closely with the companies that provide our online catalog, event calendar, room booking system, and databases. We ask them to follow the same accessibility guidelines. Our goal is to make sure everyone can use our online services, including people with disabilities.
