Dr. Anupam Agarwal is a consultant for the Veteran’s Administration of Northern California Department of Geriatrics and Extended Care. She has worked over forty years as a physician and healthcare leader.

Self-Care Kits for Teens @North

The beginning of the school year can bring up a lot of emotions - maybe you are nervous, excited, anxious, lonely, overwhelmed, or all of the above! Come by the North Branch after school to make a self-care kit full of goodies to help you through the beginning of the school year.
