Tech Help for Seniors and Adults @North

Group Tutorial: Berkeley Public Library Basics  Learn how to login into your library account, search for and request materials, make computer reservations, use the free Library Wi-Fi, and print wirelessly.  Find out about the digital resources and services that the library offers.  This tutorial will be in-doors and in-person.  Please sign up by visiting North Branch Library or by calling 510-981-6250.  Limited to 10 people.

Computer Drop In Help @Central

Come to the third floor central library computer lab and use our computers or bring your own device (no appointment needed). Library staff will be available to answer computer questions, and provide personal computer guidance. Beginner computer users are welcome!

Introduction to Canva

Looking to jazz up your presentations? Want to make cards and social media that pop? Canva is a free web-based design tool that can help design worksheets, calendars, social media posts, presentations, and so much more.

Join us in a librarian led program in which we will cover what Canva is, how to start a project in Canva, and the basic tools of Canva.  No previous experience in Canva is required!

One-On-One Tech Help on Zoom

Receive 20 minutes of technology help via an online Zoom call. We can help you with eResources, basic computer or device usage, and learning how to use select software.
