During this workshop we will discuss ways to preload your resume to shift the balance toward positive interview experiences. We will examine ways you can do this including: (1) Lifting the content in your resume’s Experience conversation-deadening bullet points about duties and processes. Today's best practices put the spotlight on your achievements, results, problems solved, challenges met, differences made, and enduring impact--as well as your enthusiasm; (2) Adding scenarios that show you in action, being effective, managing situations, and meeting needs. These can become sub-bullet points in your resume that amplify needs met and, as appropriate, build suspense; (3) Using the bullet point syntax that begins with "what," focusing on a result you achieved, followed by "how," basically your actions that drove the beneficial impact you produced

Online via Zoom on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays monthly at 5:00 p.m. Marilyn Tullius is the leader and organizer.
