Free tax preparation help to all ages regardless of income provided by AARP volunteers beginning in February at the SOUTH and WEST Branches of the Berkeley Public Library. Both branches will start taking appointments starting January 26, 2015. For appointments and questions call South Branch at 510-981-6260, or West Branch at 510-981-6270.
