This free five-week series will introduce you to an exercise that combines martial art, dance and meditation. Controlled studies have shown tai chi parctice improves both balance and the immune response. Come to the Central Library's third floor Community Meeting Room, try it for yourself, and you will see: tai chi is an exercise that can change your life!
