This free program will introduce you to an exercise that combines martial art, dance and meditation. Controlled studies have shown that tai chi practice improves both balance and the immune response. Try it for yourself and you will see: tai chi is an exercise that can change your life! All are welcome, including drop-ins, so please join us in the third floor Community Meeting Room at the Central Library.
