West Branch is now offering weekly 1:1 Tech Help for the community! 

Tuesdays, 2-2:30 and 2:30-3pm

Just call West Branch at 510-981-6270 to set up a 30 minute appointment. 

Some examples of things library staff can help with:

  •  library e-resources
  • basic computer/cellphone/tablet use
  • general internet instruction
  • research beyond Google
  • email basics (must have cell phone with you)
  • work with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • basic resume and job search support
  • other basic tech needs
