The Community Meeting Room at North Branch will serve as a polling location for the Alameda County Registrar of Voters on Tuesday, Nov. 4 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
There will be no interruption to regular library service during this time.
The North Branch Library will be offering limited service from October 27-31, 2014 due to repairs necessary preserve historic features of the rotunda windows.
Service will be available in the library’s Community Meeting Room on the lower level, accessible from the Josephine Street entrance.
Patrons will be able to pick up and place holds, consult a librarian, and browse and check out a small collection of selected materials. Materials can be returned to the library’s bookdrop as usual.
