A Food Demonstration and Conversation with Co-founders of mak-‘amham/Cafe Ohlone

A food demonstration and conversation with Vincent Medina and Louis Trevino, co-founders of mak-‘amham/Cafe Ohlone. Vincent and Louis will lead a discussion on their efforts to strengthen Ohlone culture and history. They will also describe the importance of food in Ohlone culture. This program is aimed at teens, but all ages are welcome.

NorCal Bats!

Meet Corky Quirk and her Northern California Bats! This virtual program is an informative presentation all about bats who live in the Bay Area. You'll learn about Northern California bats, the myths that surround them, and the importance of bats in our environment, and last but not least, you'll get to see a few of Corky's rescue bats and ask all about them.

Yan Can Cook Demo

On Tuesday, December 15, from 2:00 to 3:30 PM, please join us for Martin Yan's “Yan Can Cook, So Can You!”.

He will show us how to cook 3 dishes for the upcoming holidays, and there will be Q & A.
