Please join us and Angela, an instructor from Big Yoga Life, at a relaxing event that blends meditation and yoga. Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. All postures and breathing exercises are done with the aid of a chair. Participants can experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get up or down from the floor. There are opportunities to stand up and sometimes use the wall during the event. Benefits include increased balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion and stress reduction. Our main focus be about your own personal experience with movement and what feels good to you to move.
