Help yourself foster a clear mind, a calm body, and newfound focus!  Devin Berry – a meditation instructor with more than 15 years of experience – will be leading a twice-monthly Saturday morning meditation sit at the North Branch every FIRST and LAST Saturday of the month. 

Devin has taught mind-based stress reduction and vipassana meditation classes for teens and adults at venues around the Bay Area, and brings an open, playful, and flexible spirit that makes his classes perfect for beginners and experienced meditators alike!  This meditation series will be open to everyone looking to spend a bit of time journeying inward. 

No registration is required, and you are free to attend as many of our sits as you would like.
