Health coach, Esther Suarez, will demonstrate easy ways to incorporate greens into your lifestyle, while tantalizing your taste buds and educating you on ways to increase your health. Esther will demonstrate recipes you can sample. You will leave with some recipes and a new knowledge of how to implement small steps that will lead to big changes in wellness and health goals.
