Wed., August 28, 5:30pm  Waiting List  in production/ not yet rated
Join us for an evening of film, discussion and solution-seeking when we screen an excerpt from The Waiting List documentary film, directed by Bay Area filmmaker Tamara Perkins. The Waiting List addresses the gender, race and class bias impacting our current childcare and early education system.

After an opening discussion, we'll brainstorm solutions in specific areas related to healthy and thriving children and families with a focus on children 0 to 5. In closing we will share and capture solutions and connect community members with both resources and ways to get involved in community and advocacy efforts in the bay area and beyond.
