Living Room Choir @Central Art & Music

June 1, 2019 - 11:30am-12:30pm (ended)

The Living Room Choir returns to the Berkeley Public Library for an Ubuntu Song Sharing in the 5th floor Art & Music Department. UBUNTU means "I am because we are."

The Living Room Choir is an all-ages, all-abilities, non-audition choir, and is the international Ubuntu Choir Network's first Bay Area chapter. They believe the joy of singing is a universal birthright, and that together, regardless of musical background, we can improve the world by joining voices in song.

"Singing is the one thing we can all do at once. We cannot all speak at once, but we can all sing at once." - Zwai Bala
