October 12, 2018 - 3:30pm-4:30pm (ended)

Hundreds of years ago, the Huichol Indians of the Sierra Madre mountains of Mexico were the first to create these. They were dubbed Ojo de Dios by Spanish colonists who arrived in the region in the 1500's and noticed the Huichol used them to protect those who prayed at their altars. We'll make mini-versions of them in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month. Ages 7 and up.
