Growing Whole, Not Old

Today, many people approaching mid-life can expect to live another 20 or 30 years. How do you want to live those years?

In this free and interactive workshop based, presented by Janet Piggins, LCSW and based on the book From Age-ing to Sage-ing: A Profound New Vision of Growing Older by Rabbi Zalman Schacter-Shalomi, we’ll explore ways to live the second half of life more consciously and compassionately through discussion, interactive exercises, journaling and artwork.

PART THREE: Facing Our Mortality

Questions and concerns about death become more pressing as we move into our elder years. Facing our mortality educates us and helps us exercise control over our future. During this session, you will have the opportunity to explore some of these issues.
