Exercise your body and calm your mind. Kids and their adults will make animal sounds, jump, stretch, experiment with breath and read a story. Tips for incorporating yoga and mindfulness into daily life with children is shared throughout.

This event is led by Angela Madonia, a local yoga teacher who is committed to making yoga and mindfulness accessible and inclusive.
