Document Clinic for Trans/Enby Folks @South

Trans Rights Passport Stamp
December 3, 2016 - 3:30pm-6:00pm (ended)

If you are a Trans or non-binary person who is interested in having their gender updated on their official documentation before the end of the year, come to this free clinic!

Christina Ann-Marie DiEdoardo, Esq., a criminal defense attorney and Trans woman who has spent the last eleven years assisting Trans people with their identity documents, has prepared a packet of the paperwork you will need to update your gender designation within Alameda County, with the California DMV, and on your passport.

Get the tools you need to make these changes official NOW, get assistance with completing this process, and start filling out your paperwork in a supportive community environment!

Note: This is a self-help clinic that provides legal information, not legal advice, to people who will be drafting and filing their petitions to change their name and/or gender and representing themselves in court. If you attend the workshop, no attorney-client relationship will be created between you and any of the volunteer attorneys and/or the Berkeley Library.
