Linda Tay-Esposito is a teaching chef whose food represents a tribute and a commitment to the authenticity of the cuisines of the Pacific Rim. She has been featured in KQED’s Bay Area Bites and the New York Times. She has taught classes for Whole Foods Market and was the head of operations and chef at Bay Area artisan tofu maker, Hodo. She currently leads development at La Cocina’s municipal marketplace. She writes a food blog at www.flavorexplosions.com.
