This 60 min follow-up program to Chakra 101 (3/22/2021), will go even deeper into the 7 Chakras along with various ways to keep your Chakras balanced. Participation in Chakras 101 not required for registration.
Workshop facilitator Nadia Mitchell is a certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Spiritual Life Coach, Crystal Practitioner and Meditation/Mindfulness instructor. Nadia became a Reiki Practitioner in 2016, but has been a recipient of Reiki energy for many years.
