To protect bay area birds, other wildlife, and their natural habitats; conserve and restore wildlife habitats. Connect people of all ages and backgrounds with the natural world, and educate and engage Bay Area residents in the protection of our shared local environment.

General information and referral. Field trips, free to the public. Rare bird alert telephone message. Speaker series and classes.Volunteer opportunities (Armchair Activists, Environmental Education, wildlife habitat restoration, wildlife population monitor, field trip leaders, conservation activists, photograph writers, organizational support, etc.).
